What is your normal turn-around time?

  • 3-4 business days for Fuji or Noritsu optical sections.
  • 1-2 weeks for argon lasers.

Do you have a warranty?

  • Yes, we have an exceptional warranty on all of our products.

When does my warranty start?

  • Your warranty starts the day your laser ships from National Laser Company.

How long will my laser last?

  • Lasers are a high-tech light source. The usage, application, environment and machine maintenance all determine the longevity of the laser.

Are your products certified?

  • Yes, we test our lasers to the OEM Specs.

Do you manufacture your own lasers?

  • Yes, we design and manufacture lasers.

What is the difference between a refurbished laser and a re-gassed laser?

  • National Laser Company refurbish lasers by installing a new manufactured laser tube into your existing laser head and upgrading the head to a “like new” status. Companies that re-gas lasers reuse your existing parts that have been subjected to years of use and degradation. National Laser Company does not re-gas lasers.

How do I send in my laser for repair?

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards and wire transfers.

My Fuji/Noritsu laser says “synchronous error” what does that mean?

  • It means your laser needs to be replaced. Please send it in.

My photographs look green or blue.  What is wrong?

  • Check your AOM drivers first. If they are okay, then the green or blue laser is dying. Please send it in for repair.

My photographs have sudden shifts/changes in color. What is wrong?

  • It is probably a defective AOM driver. For Fuji machines, swap the G & B inputs and G & B outputs of the AOM.  For Noritsu machines, swap the AOM’s. If a different color shifts, it is a bad AOM Driver. If the problem is unchanged, it is a bad laser.

My argon laser makes a “ticking sound.”  What is wrong?

  • The laser has reached the end of life.  Please send it in for repair/replacement.

No light is coming out of the laser.  What do I do?
